Happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 5000 btu. Cools great relatively quiet for window ac. Like the remote eliminates getting up in the middle of the night. Only negative is the econ mode doesn't work very well. I don't need it so its not a problem.

Performance met all expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old window AC that we thought was OK, but this unit was so much better. It kept the room at an even temperature and humidity level, full sun or cloudy. It was also quieter than the unit we replaced.

Low Operating Costs, Efficient & Very Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with this air conditioner, as it is very quiet, significantly cheaper to operate, smaller in size than the one it replaced, great quality, warranty & service extension thru Amazon who delivered to my door for free, has a remote, and I am 65 years old and INSTALLED IT ALL BY MYSELF!!!
