Nice and quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old AC was noisy and not functioning properly. It was low profile and I thought this would stick out over window sill, but it's slim and the side accordion have additional feature to keep water out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy installation and controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 2 air conditioners of this model a month ago on the recommendation of my daughter. She had bought a similar unit last year and has had a great experience with it. Installation was simple and quick, just needed a screwdriver and drill. No special tools. The units have controls that are intuitive and they cool the space quickly. These air conditioners were a great purchase!
