Quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's sustained the intense humidity in South Jersey, which is a task in itself. Really quiet compared to other units. Only downfall, which I'll never understand how this isn't fixed yet, is little flies and bugs creeping through the vents.

Perfect for bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this A/C unit to help cool my bedroom, in addition to our Central A/C unit. Being at the end of the run, and getting all-day sun, it doesn't remain cool. This little unit has made all the difference. We are able to keep the Central unit at a much higher temperature, and my bedroom is always cool.

Cools Well

The condenser is quite loud when coming on and annoys my husband but is ok with me. I do think I would buy a portable one, if I could do over, as the one I have in the main areas of the house, is much quieter and is efficient but does talk up more room.. But do love the remote control!

Quietest A/C I've Owned

Good price but some issues.

Cons: too loud (even with fan on low), in Econ mode stops for way too long so room gets uncomfortably hot before finally restarting
*Sidenote: our living room does not have doors so we have to use curtains to keep in the cold air. A regular room might fair better with this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty quiet

Great room AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC for a bedroom, and it had ended up keeping the bedroom, the hallway, and bathroom nice and cool. Love to auto off thermostat. I think my ectric bill is also lower, as my central unit doesn't have to run all night.
