I’m not sure what all the good reviews are about this thing is absolutely terrible .. I have a fan that blows colder air than this ac unit

As a few basic troubleshooting steps, please make sure the unit is set to Cool mode, the temperature is set lower than the current room temperature, and the fan speed is set to High. Also, check that the air filter is clean, the front grille and outdoor vents are free of obstructions, and that all doors and windows in the room are closed while the unit is operating. Please allow the unit several minutes to begin cooling after adjusting the settings.
If the unit still does not cool properly after these checks, please connect with us through live chat at Frigidaire.com or call us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET. We'd be happy to assist you further. — Reed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good window AC unit. A little louder than advertised but not bad. Cools quickly. We use the eco setting so it turns on and off as needed overnight but can still adjust it manually if room too hot/cold. Remote control is super handy, no climbing over furniture to adjust (best window is next to a bed, we keep remote on nightstand). The side flap things aren’t sealed together so had a gap in one side but used supplied foam to fill gap and prevent bugs getting in. Good purchase, very satisfied with it. Cools a 250ish sq foot room well.

Powerful little unit
