[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried that I should have chose a higher BTU. however during outdoor heat waves in excess of 95°F and higher, my bedroom and my children's bedrooms are FREEZING! Its relatively quiet compared to air conditiners I've owned in the past, and the various settings help me manage the climate in the second floor of my home easily.

It's so good that my wife ordered one for her friend. And you know the old saying, you tell a friend, and they tell a friend, and so on, and so on. But bottom line this is one great a/c.
