It came with everything i neede to install including instalation materials. It is very quiet and seems more powerful than the one i had.

Good but not great

We bought 2 of these about 2 months ago. Was told they were very quiet and run great. Very noisy in my opinion and my rooms are not as cool as I would like.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
