I bought this model about a month ago.. and it is great it cools the room in no time.. and the remote is a great feature. can turn it on from the other side of room

Provides the comfort I need

The room I bought this for is a little larger than the rated size, and it has a large opening to another room, so I didn't expect it to be the perfect solution to the problem, but it cools the room very nicely and I haven't even set it at the coldest temperature for the hottest days (mid to high 90s). With a fan I can send some cool air into the adjoining room, as well. I like the economy feature for keeping the room from getting too hot when no one is in it. I think it would do more than I am demanding.

Cost Performance Model

Great performance for the price and excellent hardware included for mounting. Only issue is various vibration noises during actual operation, which maybe normal but for persons like myself with delicate hearing it can be irritable.

Excellent A/C for the money

I bought this A/C to replace one that went bad this year. We already had a larger version of this particular one, so we felt confident in our purchase of this one. I don't really like the touch controls as there's not really a "feel" when using them and often you have to press really hard to get it to work. On the other hand, however, we rarely use the touch controls anyway as this unit also has a remote - which is what we primarily use to control it. I also like the energy saver mode of this A/C which allows the unit to shut off once the set temperature is reached.
We use this A/C to cool a rather small room - it does the job well and is relatively quiet. All-in-all we are pleased with this A/C.

I bought this unit for a porch I had enclosed and it has performed well. My main complaint it that the thermostat is not accurate so I have to set it 5-10F lower than the actual temperature for it to cool the way I would like. Example: I want the room to be 80F I have to set it at 75F or lower so that the compressor will turn on when the room rises to 80F.

Excellent air conditioner!

I bought two of this model; one for my living room and the other for my bedroom. Each of them works like a charm. They are easy to "set" and the filter is easy to clean. They cool the rooms very efficiently and are fairly quiet about it, too. I am so pleased with them that I recommended them to a family member who also was looking for new air conditioners.
