[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy and joyful to have this product, our AC for 10 years just broke down, and then we have this , I feel so lucky . Because the advancements that you can have on this AC, cooling our room so fast, and navigate it thru your phone is so cool and amazingly easy, it’s also a energy saver, so no worries for high electricity, the quality of this product is suberb for me, worth your money for its value,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic air conditioner! It's a TCL12,000 BTU Smart Window AC. It has a powerful cooling capacity. It has multiple fan speeds. It can easily cool a room,at 500sq feet. I have it in my dining room window, and it keeps my living room area cool as well. Simple voice command with Alexa or Google Assistant or install the app you can download on your smart phone. This unit is Energy Star Certified to keep your energy bill low,with sleep mode. It has a 24 hour timer. Comes with a remote. Has 2 four way vents to direct where you want the airflow. It has auto restart,in case of power outage. A washable filter is a plus. Window measurement required for 26-36 inch width and 16 inch height.

Installation was a breeze and the circulation is great. One of the best features is that I can control it from my phone!! Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin? There are so many features I love about this! you can set your AC to turn on/off when you want with the 24-Hour Timer. That way you can cool your home even if you're not there. Experience powerful cooling for rooms up to 550 sq. In only a few minutes, the room got so cold it seemed like it had snowed. But then you realize it wasn't snow, it was just the AC making it *snow* cold! Use voice commands with Alexa and Google Assistant-enabled devices or control your AC with the TCL Home app.
The app is useful when you just got off work, are a multitasking parent, are disabled, and more. Save energy while staying comfortable with Energy Star certified air conditioning, which is great. The air filter is changed at the front with easy access. Even better is the fact that the filter is washable and reusable.
The air conditioner is equipped with a manual feature, as well as a remote, so that you can control the temperature and other settings even if the smart feature is not available say the wi-fi is down, or if you do not have smart devices or even wi-fi as far as that goes. It is also designed to restart automatically after a power outage, saving you the hassle of having to restart it manually. Additionally, it has two 4-way vents (A 4-way vent is a type of air vent that has four openings.) It is used to distribute air evenly throughout a room. That are highly efficient at distributing air throughout the room. Finally, it is quite heavy, weighing in at 63.9 lbs, so you may want to enlist help for the installation process. Just make sure you don't drop it during the installation process, otherwise you'll have 63.9 lbs of trouble on your hands!
