Works so effortlessly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this 12,000 BTU TCL air conditioner. It took a few days to come to me because it can only be shipped via ground. I’m assuming because it weighs around 78 pounds.
Let me tell you this was worth the few days wait! It was easy to unbox and install in my window. It fits perfect in a standard windows.
This unit is so amazing and can be controlled by your smart phone and other smart home devices like Alexa.
My husband unboxed it and put it in the window and it cooled off the back two bedrooms in our home rather quickly.
We live in a small house only 900 ft.² and this is perfect for our space. Even though it says 550 ft.² it pretty much cooled the entire house in Florida January. You can bet your bottom dollar I will be cool as a clam this summer in Florida! Thanks for making such a cool item TCL!

Super easy to install and cooling in minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 12,000 BTU Smart Window AC from TCL is perfect for cooling up to 550sq. ft area. It's perfect for cooling my office. The three operational modes - cool, dry, and fan - make it easy to find the setting that works best for me. I love that it's Energy Star certified, so I know I'm running it efficiently, and the remote, TCL Home app, and Alexa and Google Assistant-enabled device control options are super convenient. The Sleep mode, Eco mode, and 24-hour timer all help to conserve energy, and I've been able to save a ton on my electric bill already. Installing the AC only took a few minutes and made a world of difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally received my 12,000 BTU Smart Window AC by TCL and I'm so excited. I was worried about how I was going to cool my home this coming summer. But no worries now. This Air Conditioner is awesome. This unit was a breeze to install. I did it myself. High quality product that's also made to last. Another cool feature is that it's a Smart AC. Comes with a remote and handbook with instructions. The blast of cool air feels amazing. I love my new Smart AC. I highly recommend TCL and this product.

It gets hot here during the summer and I definitely needed a larger unit to help cool down the whole house. Easy to install. Quiet when it runs and blows out nice cold air. It is also is app compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa which is cool and convenient to have. It's a really nice unit and I highly recommend this!!

Best bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TCL - 12,000 BTU Smart Window AC - White (E-Star) is by far the best quality with dow unit on a budget. It puts out high amounts of cold air at a low cost. It is super easy to install, that 1 person can do it. I found it was easier to put a 2x4 under the unit to help stabilize it so that it held it straight myself. To each his/her own. I highly recommend!
