Great air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old air conditioner quit working on a very hot week, The new air conditioner was purchased and arrived quickly with no problems. This model is so much quieter than the old one I replaced and fast cooling too.

Great but strategize installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front portion of the unit is low-profile, which is nice, but it almost means there's not much to hold onto when you're installing this and pushing down the window to secure it. Doable, but be ready.

Quiet & working good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few of this model before, currently 1 still working, this one is as quiet at the ones in the past. Only change i see is the actual unit is a bit smaller from the ones made 5 years ago. Been running for 2 months now and cools the room just as good as the older ones.
