Blows Hot Air Only

Just bought this product, and it only blows hot air. I've been trying to reach customer service via phone, and never available. Website is not useful for the issue, and neither is the youtube channel you mention.

Not happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It must be on over one hour before it starts to cool room down and does not cool room temperature down to set temperature. The room I am using it in is only 12x13. Options for settings on unit are small and hard to see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small but powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a rather large room, probably 14x18ft, and this unit can cool it from 85+ degrees and humid down to a comfortable 70 and dry in just a few minutes. I was honestly really impressed since I spent my summer sweating with every movement before buying this. Now I can sleep with blankets piled on top of me.

Disappointed in inferior quality as compared to Frigidaire units in previous years

I use six window air conditioners in my home. Frigidaire air conditioners have been my go-to-brand for a long time. The quality and fitment in the windows has been excellent in the past. Not anymore! I recently bought a 5000 BTU unit and a 6000 BTU unit. It was curbside pickup so I did not actually see the units on display before the purchase. They are identical units except for the BTU size. My issue is the fit in the window. The slide-out side-wings do not fill a rectangle. Choose where the gap will be, the top or the bottom of the wing. With the wings extended, the whole unit should fill a perfect rectangle. The Frigidaire units from previous years did. These units do not. I’m not referring to small gaps. Small gaps are standard and I would seal those with rope caulk. These are huge gaps because the side-wings do not match the height of the main unit. This is not an issue with the window it is installed into (the old units filled the same window perfectly), or with the installation. It is an inferior design. I am very disappointed. I should have returned the units. After many, many years of being a loyal and satisfied Frigidaire customer, I will not buy this brand again.

The air conditioner SUCKS!!! WONT EVEN COOL A 10X 19 ROOM. MAYBE IT MITE DROP IT FROM 75 TO 73 IN 8 HRS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE
