[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great air conditioner. We like when you can adjust the air up and down, as in up towards the ceiling or blowing straight out the front. We like to feel the air, and most just blow towards the ceiling. It is not all that loud either for a window air conditioner, as we have this in our bedroom and it is fine.
