Cool and Comfy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my unit in late February due to my central air conditioning quit working and I was trying to be ready for the heat that would soon arrive. Though it took me a little time to figure out all the ways to work it, I am now enjoying it tremendously. The temps are now near 90 and next week will be near 100. I have pets that stay indoors while I am working. I am happy they will be cool and safe. I pray it keeps working properly for a long time to come.

Beginning with the fact that it was packaged well and thus in perfect condition and ending with the fact that it is exactly what I was looking for. First IT IS SIMPLE TO OPERATE control wise and you don't need an IT degree to figure out how to operate it! That's important to me. It installs easily. IMO it operates quietly. It cools very well and cycles perfectly to maintain whatever temperature I select. It has plenty of cooling power. It is exactly what I needed and wanted and I am very happy with it.
