Does the Job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Frigidaire 6000 BTU window unit for my 12' x 14' home office after being very satisfied with a larger Frigidaire window unit in our bedroom. The unit is compact, relatively quiet and does the job cooling the room quite well even though the room gets southwestern sunlight most of the day. It's easy to work, gets rid of humidity well and keeps my room quite comfortable on hot days. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who has a similar need.

Great performance for the money

I like that you can turn off the temp display and other lights, without turning off the unit, so your room stays dark. The unit feels well made, and if my previous experience with Frigidaire window units is any indication, it'll be reliable. Very happy with the purchase.
