[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit for our computer room and it cools it quickly and makes it much more comfortable for us. I like the sleek design. I do wish it was quieter. Our old unit of the same brand is not as loud and has lasted for years. It is only during certain cycles.

Fast cool-down

-Ensure that the unit is the correct size for the room, and the room is insulated.
- Ensure that the unit is installed correctly and that there is nothing blocking the air flow to and from the unit.
