Nothing really is special functionally. Typical windows unit with moderate noise level, not too loud not too quiet but it's slightly on the louder side. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Easy Installation and Quiet

I purchased my Frigidaire 6,000 BTU unit about five weeks ago and during this very hot weather I have been using it everyday. I am amazed how quiet it is. The installation was very easy, which was nice because I am not a handy guy.

Great a/c. Best for smaller rooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for smaller rooms. Remember not to block the air intake vents. Had a guest staying in my room and they kept the curtains in front of the unit for hours and it burned up the compressor. :(
