A Little Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old 5K BTU unit that still made the bedroom almost frosty with this unit. Somewhat disappointed as I purchased a 6K unit to compensate for the new low-quality Freon used now and feel unit dose not quite cut it. Other then that, the unit is very stylish and I like having a remote control. Again, not Frigidare's fault. It's the new Freon.

Quiet and Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a perfectly good AC unit but the compressor was so loud when it kicked on it was hard to sleep. This is our second fridgidaire! We have bigger BTU in living room and you can barely tell when compressor comes on! So we bought this smaller one for bedroom and love it!!

Compact, quiet, exactly what we wanted.

Installation was easy, and so far the unit is working flawlessly. Keeps the room cool, it's quiet enough that she has no problem answering the phone or attending meetings on the computer. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Does not put out that well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 2 air conditioners at the same time, although the 6,000 BTU is a little better than the 8,000 BTU they are both not that great and I wish I could get my money back for for at least the 8,000 BTU.
