[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few small air conditioners and this one keeps up very well with cooling, and the dehumidify function kept up with a humid NY day which i cant say many window air conditioners do. If you have a smaller room this is perfect

Too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cools the room adequately but it is very loud, even on low. Louder than any other air conditioner I've owned. Need to double volume on TV to hear it.
