Good cooling unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of the last year, based on the feature that it also dehumidified. I used it in a room with guitars. Watching the humidity with hygrometers, I never saw the humidity drop using this unit or any water dripping outside. It does cool well.

Keep in mind a dehumidifier is designed to remove moisture from the air, while an air conditioner recirculates the warm air or moisture in the room into cool air. With this model, the dehumidification process aids in removing the moisture.

No cool air

Last year unit worked great, this year it blows air but not cold air. Tried to call but not taking calls. Is compressor broken? Help!

Power and Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Frigidaire window mounted unit right before the start of summer 4-6 weeks ago. This unit replaced my old 5200 BTU unit which was larger in overall size, and I did not think the difference would be very noticeable. However, this unit efficiently and quickly cools down my 14’x10’ bedroom and I noticed an immediate increase in power despite the smaller size. It is light weight and was easy to install into my windows despite their old age and abnormal frame.

Does the Job!

hours running and it kept blowing room temp air

bought this today put it in waited an hour turned it on it was 80 outside had the ac set to 65 it ran for 3-4 hours and kept blowing room temp air, made the room just as uncomfortable as before my room is just under 200sqr ft.
