[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two right about a month ago for our children's rooms and they work just fine, ECO mode does well to maintain during the hours they're away and then switch over to cool mode at night. Would purchase this brand again in a heartbeat!!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great for three nights, then just wouldn't. There was power, as indicated by the green light, but wouldn't start. I realize that if electronics are going to fail, they usually do so right away, as was the case with this unit. When it ran, it was fairly quiet and cooled a 12"x12" + room well. I guess I would recommend it as long as the buyer understood that you take a chance with any electronic appliance.

Good A/C for the bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a/c a month ago to cool a 12 x 12 bedroom. Does the job well. My only "comment" is that the remote is fine EXCEPT that (unlike the awesome Frigidaire 12K BTU remote) one has no ability to know what the actual settings are w/o getting out of bed and looking at the front panel. (I'd have given 5 stars otherwise.)

Small window AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought for our main floor in our condo. Our central air went out and dealer won't come and replace till Sept when the temps cool off. The A- frame is in the attic. This little unit does a great job keeping our main floor comfortable.
