Great for a Bedroom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July when I just could not take the heat anymore, and my old AC was working very hard with terrible results. The temperature sensor did not work well in the beginning, but this may have been due to the high levels of humidity in my area. Once the weather dried out a bit, I saved money on my electric bill due to this feature. One thing I feel I should mention is that you can only control this AC through the remote. In the event that the remote is lost, it would seem that you would be out of luck. Otherwise, this was a smart purchase and I am much more comfortable now that I own my Frigidaire AC!

Average AC for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC for a medium sized bedroom. I must say, that for 6,000 BTU, it doesn't seem any different than the 5,000 BTU I had previously. I would recommend going with a different model or a larger capacity if you're on the fence. I just wasn't that impressed.

Thank you for sharing your room air conditioner review, dlbi32344. A 6000 BTU room air conditioner will cool a space up to 250 square feet (10’x25’). A 5000 BTU room air conditioner will cool a space up to 150 square feet (10’x15’). Is the room you are needing to cool larger that these dimensions?
