After extensive researcch, I selected Frigidaire models to replace three window units in my home. After a month of use during extremely hot weather, I am happy to report that I made the right choice.

We had to replace our older in window air conditioner and found this unit for a reasonable price. It is easy to operate with the provided remote control. It works really well and we are happy with it. It is just so cool!!!

Love this unit. Have it in my bedroom and the remote control is perfect for those Summer nights or to remove moisture from the air.

great AC

We have a very large office/guest room in a renovated attic--almost 400 square feet with a sloped ceiling going up 15 feet. It gets very hot in Georgia! Although our house has central air, the amount which gets upstairs is inadequate. We have had a 5000 BTU which has barely kept the corner where my wife/s desk is tolerably cool. With the current hotter than usual summer, she agitated for a new AC. We "upgraded" to the Frigidaire 6000 BTU window unit and, to my surprise and delight, it keeps the whole space comfortable. And, unlike the old unit, it barely makes a dent in the electric bill.

Great Product

This product is exactly as advertised. I was worried about the volume; however, I have no problem sleeping with the A/C unit running. It quickly cools my room and the sleep and timer features are great!

Perfect for a small room like a bedroom! Efficient and effective. Only downside is the esaver cycle. Fan turns on every 10 min to test the air temp. Can be disruptive to sleeping.
