We have been pleased with the performance of this product, especially in this unusually hot weather. It even keeps our hottest south facing upstairs bedroom cool.

A/C is very loud sounds like something is broken internally. A lot crackling and rattling around. A/C also has a lot of mist that comes out the vents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Nyecho! Thank you for sharing your A/C experience. I recommend checking your Owner's Manual to make sure that the sounds you're hearing are not part of your A/'s normal operation. You may also find mist from the vents if you're cooling a room with a lot of humidity or high temperatures. I hope this helps! Blows cold air

Had this AC unit for 2 months now, and wow, does it blow cold air. I have this AC cooling 275 square foot of space. It cools it fast and with little effort. It has a bunch of nice features. Best of all, it's very quiet for the bedroom we have it in.

I bought this in July 2016 and I'm mostly satisfied getting used to the settings. I have a question when looking through the front ac vents I see a lot of Styrofoam is this normal?
