I really love using this easy to use mower

I bought this mower because of the ease of use abilities. I am a 70 yr old person with difficulties in walking pulling around a gas mower. This maintenance free mower pulls itself. Just keep your batteries charged. It does a great job cutting mulching. Bagging the clipping. Please believe me. It’s a very worth while investment. Thanks for reading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with purchase, cuts a wise swath of grass with no stress on mower or me! Love that upit is self propelled. Another plus is that it can be folded up to put away….does not take up space.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and have yet to use it outside. Mowing season is done for now so it will be spring until I actually get to test it out. I really like that the self propelled drive works without the mower running, won’t get that from a gas mower. And that there is a super bright head light for early spring and late fall mowings. The mower is light enough I can carry it alone and the handle folds up so it takes much less room to store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The self-propelled is awesome.
My disappointment comes with the battery.
I like to bag the grass. My yard is only a 1/4 acre (with 1650sf home + 2 car garage) and I needed to recharge the batteries 3x to complete the mowing!
My lawn had been moved the previous week so, no long grass.
I really wanted this mower to be a good option for me (68yo female).
Any suggestions to improve the battery charge duration would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for sharing your experience and review with us. It's unfortunate that the battery runtime does not meet your expectations. We recommend using a higher amp per hour battery such as the 20V, 6.0ah or 8.0ah batteries if longer runtime is desired.

Primary task not well done

I'm 79 so have mowed a lot of grass with a lot of different mowers, Thie WORX mower is well designed and well made. I'm short so I particularly like the adjustable hight on handle, The battery pack is easy on and off and the speed control is handy to left hand, easy to
use and works well. This is sounding lkike a five star review til I get the part about accomplishing the primary mission. Sorry but this mower does not cut well. I dont know why, I have a WORX 14" mower that cuts really well so it's kind of a mystery to me why this one doesn't but it's sort of like it's just pushing the grass over instead of cutting it.

Annoying lawn mover

I purchased this lawn mover last year expecting an effective and easily handling lawn mover to replace my previous corded one. I have the other WORX tools, including the cordless saw and trimmer. And I love theses light weight tools. However, when I started to use the cordless lawn mower this year, it kept stopping every time when I backed up the lawn mover. No matter how I replugged the batteries or replaced another pair. It just won’t work, seemed being jammed or the clutch was disconnected with the batteries. Sometimes I had it to wait overnight until the lawn mover recovered by itself. It made me always have to move the lawn in two or three times. It is really dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Lawnmower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Nitro 80V 21" Cordless Self-Propelled Lawn Mower with Brushless Motor and Rear Wheel Drive. Everything you need comes in one big box and there's no need for tools because it comes pre-assembled. You do have to put the side guard or bag on when you use them, but that’s to be expected.
The basecamp for the batteries detaches from the lawyer so you can charge the batteries inside your house. It took about 6 hours to charge the four batteries and I was able to mow a little over 1/4 of an acre before they needed to be recharged.
This Nitro 80V 21" Cordless Self-Propelled Lawn Mower with Brushless Motor and Rear Wheel Drive is an absolute workhorse. It cuts through tall tough grass with ease and automatically adjusted the cutting speed when I encountered thicker grass.
I almost forgot, I am almost 5'2" and I was thrilled to learn that the handle can be lowered to fit my height.
My only negative about this lawnmower is the lack of written instructions. Following the diagram on the lawnmower, the lawnmower would not start. You have to hold the start button down for a few seconds and then, while keeping the button pressed down, lift the black handle.

Just Like Butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, and love my new 80v mower. It has more cutting power than my older self propelled large wheel gas mower. My 30 year old reliable mower was just too hard to start every time plus having to change the motor oil and add gas. The Worx 21” self propelled battery operated mower is so much easier to use. You push a button and you’re off. It is also so quiet compared to the old mower, easier to push and clean up is easy….just dump your clippings in the trash and blow off the mower and you’re done. I’m also able to get very close to my flower beds, under my yard swing and edges of my mulch with no issues. Another great feature is that you can easily adjust the mower blades using the lever on the side of mower. I can mow my yard 1/4 acre three times on one charge easily. If I do run out of power I can use my batteries from my trimmer etc… but that has never happened I’m a 64 yr old female and the grass is a breeze to cut just like butter…smooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!
