I started with a weed eater/edger combo (bad shape now but still working), and as needed I added a blower, drill, hedge trimmers, and chain saw. When any of these products are needed for work they never fail to handle the job at hand. When I decided to go for battery powered lawn mower, without question it would be from the WORX company. Completely satisfied with all equipment now and will remain loyal in the future!

Not cutting well

Bought this mower last fall.first summer using it. Everything works well but the cutting. I have tried lowering and raising the mower and nothing helps. When I cut the grass not all of the grass gets gut. The blade does not have enough lift to raise the grass to be cut. When I run over a leaf it does NOT mulch it up. It says this is a mulching blade it’s not working. Is there a better blade that you can send me? This blade works like a fan blade. The blade just spins and not working like the picture shows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent cost. Self-propulsion a bit clunky..

Decent cost (in comparison-17" model far less expensive).
Self propulsion - until terrain is completely flat, it is a bit "clunky" or "bucks" on occasion.
Battery life - "1/2 acre on one charge-I didn't experience as such. Need two (2) pair(s) of batteries.
Owners manual - room for improvement.
Registration site/page - separate site, extremely confusing, i.e.
doesn't state upfront you need a separate account other than
the www.worx.com login and password; the required "SKU" number
is actually (but page-field not labeled as such) the model number
(which you cannot type-in but rather scrolling thru a random-order listing
of model numbers), etc.
Otherwise,
wonderful features:
installation,
weight,
clean-cuts,
finer mulching,
two bushel clippings-discharge bag,
wheel-height adjustment,
handle-four setting adjustment with fold-down for easy storage, i.e. set up against a wall.

Better than EGO

I used my neighbors EGO before this mower arrived. I have to say the controls for the start and the self propelling are much more intuitive and the self-propelling is much smoother. Very happy I made this choice. After unpacking, charging the batteries, I was ready to go right out of the box and it was so intuitive that I didn't even open the manual!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only used the new mower two times. But so far it is very effective and easy to use. The height adjustment for the deck is 10 times easier than any other mower I have had. The bag does not clog up when the grass is heavy and full of moisture. Given the size of our yard, one set of batteries will not mow it. But since I have multiple WORX tools, I have extra batteries to change to and get the yard done in one session.

I will be 82 shortly and my kids got me this for my birthday present..swapped out for my heavy gas powered Toro. Plowed right through high grass. Definitely a keeper
