[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the watch and the new design. But I don't like that it isn't truly accurate as far as tracking your walking. Your arma have to move in order for it to know you are walking. Also I would like the blood pressure monitor to be added to the USA VERSION. just to see how accurate it can be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying out the new Galaxy Watch 8, and here are my honest thoughts:
The design is sleek and feels more modern with its cushion-style face and slimmer profile. The brighter display (up to 3,000 nits) is amazing outdoors — I can finally read the screen in full sunlight without squinting. It’s smooth and responsive thanks to the upgraded processor, and the health features are top-notch. From heart tracking to sleep insights, there’s a lot packed in here, and if you’re already using a Samsung phone, it all works together really well. Especially with Galaxy AI!
That said, the battery life is the main downside. With the Always-On Display, I only get about a day before needing to recharge. Turning it off stretches things a bit, but I still find myself charging it pretty much daily. For the price, I was hoping for a little more stamina.
Overall, I’d say the Galaxy Watch 8 is perfect if you want a premium smartwatch with a gorgeous screen, advanced health tracking, and smooth performance. Just be ready to keep your charger close by.

Good snappy, software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a galaxy watch4, and it was getting old and started to slow down when switching apps, etc. New watch8 doesnt have any of those issues, and it is quick and snappy.
Galaxy Al is interesting, some things like the typing experience is better with it. Galaxy AI helps me send texts quickly which is very helpful too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my galaxy watch4 for this watch so it's a significant upgrade in terms of look and functionality.
Negative: I'm not using the AI features, as I think our irresponsible use of AI is dangerous for the environment and will continue to be without regulation. I hope this company is mindful of it's environmental impact.
Positives: The speed of the OS is a welcome change. The lighter weight of the product is also a game changer. Working out with it is fun and I'm not afraid of it weighing me down. It's also able to be dressed up when I wear it somewhere fancy. Very happy with the change in design overall, as the squicle is very pleasing for me. I was getting tired of the regular circle watch face design so I never bothered to upgrade before this one. The watch is a perfect companion to my galaxy tab s8+ and galaxy s24+.

Very good, it's pretty fast, but I use it a lot during the day and wish it had more battery. It drains quickly and doesn't last all day.
