Nice case design. Bought for heart monitor functions. I have Afib and use ECG functon with logging to keep an eye on it. The Vascular Load function does not work possibly because of my Afib. Quicker response and nicer screen than my Samsung 6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great watch! It works smoothly. I use it daily at work, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I use it while I take my dog for walks, and I depend it on it to tell me how far we've walked. The only downside so far is the battery, for me. I bought it because I have a tendency to let my phone die. I work at the hospital, so I'm on call sometimes. That means, I can't let my phone die obviously. It's pretty annoying when the watch it almost dead before the end of my day. My old watch went days without being charged. Other than the batter life, I love this watch. I also love the new snap design to change out watch bands compared to the old.way

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch8 40mm model offers a 325mAh battery while the 44mm model provides a 435mAh battery. Both of which can offer up to 30 hours of use with the Always On Display (AOD) mode enabled. Please take a moment to review, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to see what factors, if any, may be impacting the life of your Galaxy Watch8. As of 3/31/26, select Galaxy users in the U.S. can conveniently monitor and track their blood pressure right from their wrist with help from Galaxy Watch and the Samsung Health Monitor App. Samsung’s Blood Pressure monitoring feature will begin a phased rollout to users in the U.S. on March 31, 2026, for Galaxy Watch4 and later released models (excludes Galaxy Fit), with Watch OS 4.0 or higher, Android OS 12 or higher. The blood pressure monitoring feature is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease. Consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about your medical condition or treatment. This feature requires a third-party blood pressure cuff (sold separately) for initial and periodic calibrations (every 28 days). Be sure to read and follow instructions to calibrate the blood pressure function. The Samsung Health Monitor app becomes available for download once the Galaxy Watch is connected to the Galaxy phone. After enabling Blood Pressure monitoring in the Samsung Health Monitor app users can view blood pressure readings in the app and take blood pressure measurement on a connected Galaxy Watch.
