Great for helping stay on task and monitor health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these watches to help reduce the amount of times we need to pick up our phones and to monitor health. The first couple weeks of wearing them it was the opposite. After wearing them for some time now, I'll say these things:
Cons:
They need to be charged daily if you use all the health features.
Having troubles getting it set up to follow my rules at certain times of the day.
Pros:
They do help with staying on task. Awesome!
The health monitors are so helpful. Thanks!
Very customizable.
Fits great on the wrist.
Galaxy AI is helpful. Still trying to figure out which AI assistant is best for my lifestyle.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Watch, with just a few feedback items that took my 5 star to a 4 star.
Cons:
The antioxidant testing that requires Watch removal gives different results per finger, range seems to be within 10-12 difference. Would not reccomend using the feature for serious measurements.
The nylon band I chose is a regret- it is staining quickly and also does not provide a comfortable fit. Once worn for some time, the fit slightly improves. But, any adjustment causes the band one one side to fold uncomfortably near the attachment point and "stick out". Previous Watch bands do not fit this Watch. The nylon band also leaves temporary impression marks in my skin in order to hold its position.
The bezel is not easy to use, and even the tiny protrudement has lead to it hitting a random object and suffering light damage to the edge. Possible protective screens may exist, but to date nothing I have found solves the exposed edges of the screen bezel.
The many different AI and Wallet Integrations can be confusing, but I can appreciate the choice options. Not all choice options offer the same shortcuts with the physical watch buttons, which I do not like.
Would have preferred more included Watch faces.

A quality Watch, smooth running software and many customization options and new features that feel intuitive. Would reccomend if you are looking for a simple Watch with many capabilities including the usual health tracking with new fitness features and AI integration.

Bad battery life

Watch is Great - but the battery life is bad

The watch offers an amazing overall UX, features, and functionality. However, battery life is a major issue: the device drains very quickly and does not last 24 hours on a full charge. Compounding this, the connected app significantly impacts the host device, noticeably draining the Samsung S24's battery life as well.

I have had at least 5 diffrent samsung watches. This by far is the most i have used one. First time I have kept a watch on while sleeping to track my sleep but I have been with this watch. Main reason I can now is due to long battery life. I have already been getting more sleep since I have been tracking and that is the only thing I have done. Just the fact of tracking my sleep and seeing how many hours I actually get nightly, made me realize how little sleep I have been getting and I have already done better. Next I will try some of the watches suggestions to get more sleep!!
