Yes I keep up with my steps and I love all the cool designs I can put on my face plate it's just wide enough for me to see. I bumped into something really hard and the watch started asking if I fell and if I needed emergency assistance. I am a senior citizen and I am alone at times. Knowing that my watch can get me emergency assistance provides me with a peace of mind.
