I like the Watch8 thus far. Clean, sleek face, not too many smudges as I tap/swipe. The processor is good and I haven't experienced a drag or slowness as I use. The band connector is new and I'm starting all over with purchasing, but the snap may be better vs the pull and connect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The watch is fantastic overall, but the only drawback is that Samsung Messages doesn’t let you view the full text on the watch, it just says ‘New message.’ My previous Watch 6 showed the full message, so this feels like a step backward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought watch 8 silver, it's pretty good and it's faster. However, the battery drains when you have some fancy watch faces, with display on all the time. And the outer case is not that impressive, if you want watch ultra look than it makes sense but with small wrist, the watch is slightly big. Also the bands, you can't use previous bands, they completely changed the connectors. After researching online, I was able to find band connectors but again it is useless if you want to use with original Samsung curve bands.

Samsung really nailed the balance between powerful features, smooth design, and everyday usability. The integration of Galaxy AI makes a huge difference—it feels like the watch actually learns and adapts to me, whether it’s optimizing my workouts, helping track my health, or just making day-to-day tasks simpler.
The user interface is one of the best I’ve experienced on a smartwatch. It’s incredibly intuitive, fast, and fluid—navigating through apps, notifications, and settings feels effortless. The clean design makes it easy to focus on what matters without unnecessary clutter.
On top of all that, the Watch8 looks amazing on the wrist and performs flawlessly. It’s a perfect blend of style, power, and intelligence. Samsung took smartwatches to another level with this one.

From unboxing to setting up and connection to my new Galaxy 25 Ultra, the watch has exceeded my expectations. As a smartwatch user of many brands over the years, the Watch8 provides the functions needed and outperforms my previous watches in many ways: it has an easier interface, the settings and management of options available via watch or Samsung Wear app are outstanding, and it is easily customizable for smooth operation and connection to my phone. I haven't had the chance to use the Galaxy AI yet, but I certainly will! I love that I can answer calls, listen to music and so much more!
