[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my galaxy watch 4 for the 8 and it is a million times better. The battery life is way longer. It last for at least 2 whole days whereas my 4 I had to charge every night. And just the overall use and speed is incredible.

The AI-powered sleep coaching is equally impressive, offering actionable advice rather than just raw numbers.
The hardware is also a major step up. The new design is the most comfortable yet, which is crucial because I wear it to sleep every night to feed the AI accurate data. I’m also fascinated by the new Advanced BioActive Sensor; getting insights into things like Vascular Load makes this feel like a health lab on my wrist.
