Keeps me on track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleep tracker feature on thus watch. Actually all the health features help keep me contracting throughout the day. I have been taking my medications on schedule. I used my phone for everything so this has become and extension of me.. I love having the pen as a feature and really love the screen size when I open this up.
