It has excellent safety functions such as fall alerts and cardiac functions. It helps in my wellness journey. It is also a helpful tool for staying in contact with family. I get alerts regarding texts and phone calls. I can also make calls if needed.

My Watch5 Wirked Better. Should have kept it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch 8 is ok. But I don't see a significant difference from my watch 5. It gets much warmer when charging, which is a concern. When I have some of my watch face stats set to update continously, they dont. I have to tap the screen or go in & out of something to get the correct reading. For instance, my weather stats dont always update. Same with heartrate. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to make it frustrating. I should have waited for the bugs to get worked out. The lug connections have been improved, unless you use a wrap-around elastic band. Then one end has an unattractive hump. I'm hoping for improvements soon. I almost returned it, but I had traded in my Watch 5, and would have been left without a smart watch.
