You have to empty often . You have a large container to fill. It only gets filled quarter of the way and it has to be emptied. Its annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first Bissel Pro serviced us for the last four years and so after it finally went into retirement, most likely from overuse, I was excited to purchase the newest Bissell carpet cleaning version. While we have not used it a lot as of this writing, the one cleaning of a very well used and soiled light-colored sofa was a good first test. We were not initially impressed with the clean result, but then, when completely dry, it looked great! A first use and a happy ending. This Bissel gets the job done.

I love this TurboClean carpet cleaner. Easy to put together, cleaned my carpets beautifully. A bit loud but I just turned up my music (lol). Easy to use. Cleaning machine was time consuming but probably because my carpets were much dirtier than I realized. I would recommend.

When i first got it . It worked ok not that great. Now a year later it doesn't seem to extract the water off the carpet.
