Good for High Traffic Areas

I received the TurnoClean Upright Carpet Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used it in our sunroom which is the most used room in our house. It's where our two kids and two dogs spend most of their time, even though it's a fairly small space- it measures about 16x12. The cleaner was really easy to set up and to use. The reservoir was kind of small and the machine went though a good amount of water so I needed to fill it twice to complete my space. It's pretty lightweight which makes it easy to maneuver and it feels powerful for its size. It was also easy to clean the machine after use. The carpet cleaner did a great job getting up the dirt and grime, but it wasn't as effective on more set stains. I vacuum at least once a day, and I vacuumed right before I used the carpet cleaner, but it still got a ton of dirt out of my rug. I ended up going over the more high traffic areas a couple extra times until the water coming up looked cleaner. Overall, I'm really happy with the TurnoClean Upright Carpet Cleaner. It left my rug feeling much cleaner than the vacuum and it was just as easy to use.

Excellent Carpet Cleaner

Just what we've been looking for! We don't have much room in our house to store many cleaning tools, but we have a decent amount of different kinds of carpet, three young boys, and a dog-so we needed a way to clean our carpets easily. This cleaner fits the bill! We used it on a small room that was pretty dirty from normal wear and tear, and it definitely gave the carpet a facelift. It also worked well to refresh my carpet where my dog frequently lounges! The design is excellent-it's really easy to manage the clean and dirty water tanks. I also appreciate that the cleaner has a small footprint and takes up less space than most vacuums (not by much, but a bit). It's also easy to maneuver. I most like the overall intelligent design and thought put into the ease of use. Thank you to Stellar Testing Panel for providing this carpet cleaner for me to test and review

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This product was great! It is very light and small, making it easier to maneuver around corners and smaller areas. It came disassembled which made it easier for me to learn how to remove parts and put them back together for easy cleaning. What I like about this carpet cleaner is that the water releasing mechanism is an easy push lever under the handle, it doesn't require a lot of strength to push. I really appreciate that it comes with a trial size of soap so you can immediately use it on your dirty carpets! Despite the carpet not looking too bad initially, the dirty water tank showed another story, I could clearly tell the difference after using the carpet cleaner. The clean water tank is easy to remove and fill, and the dirty tank is easy to remove and empty as well! The suction is strong, and the brush system really digs deep to lift out embedded dirt. I used this carpet cleaner for just normal carpet maintenance, I hadn't cleaned them since we moved in in 2018! Apart from all of these things my favorite part of this machine is the clean feeling it leaves after it dries. My carpet felt much softer and looked much brighter. Overall definitely recommend this product, it is a game changer for anyone with carpets!

Wow! What a cleaner!

I am a busy mom with a full household. We have six kids and three dogs running around, which makes for plenty of messes. We have tried various cleaners in the past, and they usually end up broken fairly quickly. This cleaner tackles messes like nobodies business! Dog throw up in the van all over the carpeted floor? Not a problem. Kids spill juice in the bedroom? No evidence left. Mysterious spot you have no clue where it came from? Mystery no longer needs solved because the spot is gone! Super easy to use and convient. Looks like it will hopefully hold up for a long time and will keep our carpets cleaner than they had been before this carpet cleaner came into our lives. Fantastic Carpet Cleaner for Your Home

I decided to try the Bissell TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner after the holidays to really put it to the test on my 9x12 living room area rug. With lots of people in and out, it saw lots of use and more than its fair share of spills and dropped food. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the carpet cleaner. Initially I was a little skeptical as it is smaller than most carpet cleaners, but I quickly changed my mind once I saw it in action. I followed the instructions and thoroughly vacuumed before starting. The Bissell TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner is very easy to use, is lightweight, and is quite powerful. The beater bar got out a lot of dirt as evidenced by the very black water in the dirty water tank. For the 9x12 rug, I had to refill the Clean Water Tank twice and empty twice. The instructions also recommended "dry passes" for a quicker dry time, which I also did. It took about an hour for the rug to completely dry. Overall I thought it did a great job of cleaning my rug. The only 2 things that I did not like were the location of the on/off button and the scent of the Bissell Pro carpet cleaning solution. The on/off button is inconveniently located at the bottom of the carpet cleaner underneath the power cord. I feel it would be much better if it were higher up. Also, the carpet cleaning solution does have a smell to it, almost a floral scent, which I was not a fan of. I prefer things that are scent free. I would definitely recommend the Bissell TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner to anyone looking for a new home carpet cleaner.

Mighty little machine

I didn't really know what to expect, but overall really pleased. This machine is easy to use and lightweight. It's a real bonus to be able to clean my carpets myself without hiring someone to do it. With 2 teenagers and pets we can clean the carpets as often as we want now and just do the areas we need. It's really easy to navigate and clean and store. A few caveats- this machine is best for carpet cleaning- think lots of traffic, dirt, etc. but you still need to pre-treat stubborn stains. Also, you do have to stop and refill often, but I assume it helps keep the machine lightweight to use, so it's an acceptable trade off. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Powerful Cleaning in a Compact Design

I was given the Bissell Turboclean Upright Carpet Cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I'm really impressed with its performance. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and does a fantastic job of deep cleaning carpets. Assembly was simple, and I love how easy it is to empty and clean the tank. The instructions were easy to read and follow, and the rotating brush system really helps scrub away dirt from the carpet fibers, leaving the carpet looking fresh and clean without being overly wet or soggy. One thing I noticed is that the dirty water tank needs to be emptied quite frequently, which I actually appreciate because it shows how much dirt it's picking up. While the plastic parts of the machine do feel a bit cheap, they don't affect its overall performance. A must-have for any carpeted household! The Bissell Turbo Clean Vacuum has powerful suction and impressive cleaning capabilities. It's lightweight and easy-to-maneuver with one hand. It effortlessly tackled set-in dirt stains, revealing hidden dirt I wasn't even aware of. The compact size makes storage a breeze, and the detachable handle adds convenience. The tank requires frequent emptying and refilling especially for a large area but the process is quick and easy. One observation: after cleaning an area, pressing the spray trigger spread debris onto the carpet. However, this is probably due to my heavily soiled carpet rather than the cleaner itself. It comes with a trail size clean and protect stain removal formula which had a not too overpowering pleasant scent. The before and after is shocking and overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Bissell Turbo Clean Vacuum. It's a fantastic carpet cleaner that will get plenty of use in my household, especially with two young kiddos constantly making messes! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.
