I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've had numerous carpet cleaners over the years. Some good, some bad, for various reasons. To start, we are a pet lover home (golden retriever, cat, and a rabbit that runs freely in my loft) as well as 2 children that may or may not be filthier than my pets. I'll also point out for the purpose of this review, that my carpet is new-ish (installed earlier this year,we moved in in June.) my home has carpet in my entire upstairs to include 3 bedrooms and the loft area. With all that being said, I really liked this carpet cleaner. It's not one of those huge bulky sized machines like some others out there. It's light weight and compact. But that doesn't take away from the power as it still cleans very well! It's perfect size for getting a long the edge and into corners too!! I followed directions and did 1 pass back and forth spraying then 1 pass back and forth vacuuming up the water. I'm a little ashamed to admit that I did not do a regular vacuum beforehand like I normally would (roughly about a week of craziness on my carpet at this point) but it still did a phenomenal job cleaning. You can tell from the gunk and gross looking water in the bucket. Many carpet cleaners will spit out little piles of wet hair all over the carpet, it I didn't have that issue with this machine. When the bucket was getting full, it made the typical suction sound, which I've always used as an indicator to dump it all out. That suction sound did accurately align with the fill line on the bucket. I did notice that the fill line was pretty small considering the size of the bucket, but it did align with when the clean water ran out. The dirty bucket was easy to take out and dump and the clean bucket was easy to take out and fill. With all that being said, I will say this carpet cleaner targets smaller areas. With it being a compact machine, that also means smaller water buckets. It didn't cover a large area at all. It barely

This Bissell Turbo clean gets the job done. The carpets are left much cleaner and pretty dry. There is good suction to remove the cleaner from the carpet. I was overall impressed with it's performance. I did notice a few areas I thought it needed improvements as well as things I thought were better than other carpet cleaners. It's a mix of great and middle of the road. I loved being able to take the cover off of the nozzle to clean out. I'm used to seeing carpet fuzz stuck in that area with no easy way to get out. This was a great feature being able to just remove and rinse. It's easy to steer and move around. It's also lightweight enough for me to carry upstairs. Removing and putting back on the clean water tank is a little difficult. You have to perfectly line up and push into place. It's just slightly inconvenient. However, the dirty water tank is quite a hassle. There is 2 latches on each side you have to undo before you can lift the tank out. These latches are hard to use and just an extra unnecessary step. The power button is in a bad spot and it has a cover over it so you have to bend down and look at the switch to figure out which way to press to power on or off. Could be a little higher. The spray trigger works great. Easy to press and sprays a good amount. There are no other levels or setting to this machine. Just on and off. Which I actually prefer. I think other machines have too many settings. I prefer just the one option. Overall, this isn't the best carpet cleaner out there, but it does a great job and is made well. The carpets are clean and I'm happy. I received this produce as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I received this turboclean upright carpet cleaner as part of the stellar testing panel. The design of this carpet cleaner is truly a marvel. Its lightweight and compact build make it incredibly easy to store, even in smaller spaces. Assembling it was a breeze - no complicated instructions or tools needed. It felt like it was ready to go almost straight out of the box. I would live to say it took less than a minute. Maneuverability is one of its standout features. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this product to review. Overall, I like the TurboClean Upright carpet Cleaner. It has done a great job and cleaning up my elderly dog's messes. It's smaller and lighter weight than other products I have used and maneuvers easily on short and shaggy carpet. The tank holds a decent amount of water so I didn't have to run a lot to refill and dump out dirty water. I'm not a huge fan of how to empty/clean out the dirty water tank, just seems very time intense for having three little ones that needed my attention. My carpet cleaner came with a small bottle of carpet cleaner solution. Sometimes I feel like the cleaners have an odd and unpleasant odor but I didn't notice it with this particular solution. The carpet cleaner didn't come with any attachments, which is unfortunate for me but if you don't need them, it's less to keep up with. I don't have any complaints with the cleaning power, it easily cleaned up new and older pet stains. I feel like the carpet was fairly dry after use, which is great for me and my kiddos who hate walking on wet carpets. For the little bit of carpet I do have in my home, this upright cleaner is sufficient and does the job.

TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner - Great for Routine Maintenance! I give the TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner 4 stars. I received this from the Stellar product testing pannel and was plesantly surprised. It's sleek, compact, and fits easily into my cleaning closet. It's so lightweight and maneuverable that even my 6-year-old enjoys helping out with it! The compartments are simple to detach and reattach, and cleaning them out afterward is a breeze. Not a good buy..made very cheaply, and that is how it operates. Holding tank is very difficult to get off with a plastic release on each side of tank. It does not do a good job of picking up.....I would not buy this product again!

Easy and Deep Clean

I received this Turbo Clean Carpet cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but this is an honest review. Our cleaner arrived at the perfect time as the next day our youngest caught the winter flu and got sick on our new carpet. We quickly pulled out the Turbo Clean Carpet Cleaner and it swiftly lifted and cleaned everything up! While we had it running, we took it downstairs to the old carpet to clean set in stains from a dog. It worked miracles in both rooms on stains from the previous owner and pulled up hair and dust that had been trapped in the fibers! The results were visible to us and even my mother! ;) The machine moved easily across the carpet, the design is sleek and size is comparable to an upright vacuum. The directions were simple and easy to understand, along with the guidelines for cleaning after use. The carpet was dry over night and seems to be resisting stains so far. Incredibly happy to have this added to our closet!

Small but Mighty

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner. The timing couldn't have been better - it arrived right before all the holiday madness and just its presence made me feel more relaxed during all the hosting. I knew that I didn't need to stress out about every little mess because I had heard great things about the TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner. It took me a few days to get to opening it up because of the holiday craziness and also honestly because I have always been intimidated by carpet cleaners! They always seem so big and cumbersome, which is not my jam especially living in a fully carpeted 3-story townhome. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened this thing up and it was super quick and easy to put together, and quick compact! It was very light and easy to move between floors as well. I started in the living room where all of the holiday magic (and years of childrens' shenanigans) occurred. I was a little nervous because the last time I used a carpet cleaner it took days for it to dry up. Luckily this little machine is actually quite efficient so I used it in the morning and it has already mostly dried by tonight. It got out even stuck-in stains that have been there longer than I care to admit. It worked on juice spills and even spaghetti sauce. The one thing that it struggled with was dried-in wall paint that had spilled a few weeks ago, but it did start to soften it up. I think I will give it another pass and see if it works with a little bit more elbow grease. It was really easy to use and I was grateful that it came with some cleaning solution. It is a small bottle though so I will have to go out to the store before I can do the rest of my house. I also have not really tried to move it up and down the stairs with water in it yet, which I will probably have to do because our top floor doesn't have any running water. Luckily it is so lightweight that even with the water inside its not too difficult to move.
