Terrific TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner

I've loved using my TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner recently. I've never owned a carpet cleaner before, so it's been fun to use. I've been able to clean the small area of carpet in my home easily with this lightweight carpet cleaner. Because it only weighs about thirteen pounds, it cleans small spaces and is easy to push around. I love the smell of the soap as I'm cleaning the carpet and as the carpet is drying. The instructions say to vacuum the carpet before cleaning the carpet. The first time I tried out the Turbo Clean, I had vacuumed a couple days before, not right before using my carpet cleaner. Many pieces of hair were picked up because of this, which I had to clean out of the roller after. The next time I cleaned the carpet, I made sure to vacuum right before so I didn't have that problem. I was surprised by how much dirt was picked up out of the carpet, even after I had just vacuumed. I even used the TurboClean to clean my two area rugs. One day, my son accidentally popped his water sensory toy while sitting on our carpet. The mess was picked up quickly and easily with the TurboClean which made me so happy! One of the things I love most about this product is that every purchase helps support the Bissell Pet Foundation whose mission is to save pets in need. I love this because there seems to be an abundance of pets that need help where I live. I'm grateful that the Stellar Product Testing Panel provided me with this carpet cleaner.

I received the TurboClean Upright Bissell carpet cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel and am so in love with it! At just around 13 pounds it's extremely easy to maneuver around the carpet and up stairs, etc. The size is compact enough to store out of sight when not in use in my garage or closet, which I super appreciate. The included trial cleaners were nice to try out to see if I liked the formula on my carpet before committing to the larger size. I love the clean vs dirty water tanks and feel a huge satisfaction looking at the dirty side because I can tell it's truly cleaning when I see the brown water. I have three cats, a toddler and a baby and it's seriously made a huge difference when cleaning my carpet and the stains that come with little ones and pets. I cleaned a huge grape juice stain off of my rug that I could not get out beforehand and you couldn't even tell it was ever there! I cannot wait to see what else it can clean. I love how this cleaner is so easy to use and would recommend to any friends with kids and/or pets!

I recently received the Bissell TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Upon opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the assembly process was. Within minutes, I had it fully assembled and ready to use. One of the standout features of this carpet cleaner is its size and maneuverability. It's lightweight and easy to navigate, which is especially beneficial when cleaning awkward spaces like staircases. However, I did find myself wishing for a separate attachment specifically designed for tighter areas, as the standard head can be a bit unwieldy on the stairs. A dedicated tool would have made the process even more efficient. When it comes to performance, the Bissell TurboClean™ has impressive suction power for such a compact machine, effectively lifting dirt and stains from my carpets. Whether dealing with pet messes or everyday spills, or in my case, unknown stains from previous tenants, it tackled them with ease. With multiple large area rugs in my home, and a young messy toddler, I was excited to receive this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! This cleaner is easy to assemble and to maneuver. It seems to clean carpet well, although I had to dump the dirty water tank often. This product is a little large to justify storing it for how often it may be used. Overall I'm really satisfied with this cleaning product!

I am loving the TurboClean upright carpet cleaner! I was lucky enough to receive this product to try out as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've been using it for the past few weeks mainly on pet messes. The amount of cleaning power is very impressive for such a small machine. It's overall easy to maneuver and take from spot to spot and has SO much more power than the smaller more compact machines. The set up for the cleaning fluid and the dirty water tank is for the most part, easy to set up and use. I also tried it out on some set-in stains. We have old carpet that probably needs to be replaced, and I was thrilled with the amount of cleaning power the TurboClean provided even on old carpet with old stains! This cleaner is for sure a WINNER.

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, this is a nice home carpet cleaner. For starters, the product was very easy to put together which is always appreciated. The instructions were also very clear on where to fill the water to, how much solution to use alongside it. Having used different carpet cleaners in the past, it was very much appreciated that this cleaner was light weight making it easy to bring up and down stairs and that it did a really nice job of sucking up the water in the carpet effortlessly. This makes it great to use over a larger area. The only downside I can see with this product is I had a few stains I wanted to try it out on, it was not able to successfully eliminate them. However the stains are old and have set in over a couple of years, so while I was hopeful this could do the trick, I can't say I'm surprised nor can I majorly fault the device for not cleaning up these stains. I do feel like the areas it was used on were thoroughly cleaned, even if the stain wasn't eliminated. Overall, I do think this is a great machine, and I look forward to continue using it!

Compact and Powerful

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've had numerous carpet cleaners over the years. Some good, some bad, for various reasons. To start, we are a pet lover home (golden retriever, cat, and a rabbit that runs freely in my loft) as well as 2 children that may or may not be filthier than my pets. I'll also point out for the purpose of this review, that my carpet is new-ish (installed earlier this year,we moved in in June.) my home has carpet in my entire upstairs to include 3 bedrooms and the loft area. With all that being said, I really liked this carpet cleaner. It's not one of those huge bulky sized machines like some others out there. It's light weight and compact. But that doesn't take away from the power as it still cleans very well! It's perfect size for getting a long the edge and into corners too!! I followed directions and did 1 pass back and forth spraying then 1 pass back and forth vacuuming up the water. I'm a little ashamed to admit that I did not do a regular vacuum beforehand like I normally would (roughly about a week of craziness on my carpet at this point) but it still did a phenomenal job cleaning. You can tell from the gunk and gross looking water in the bucket. Many carpet cleaners will spit out little piles of wet hair all over the carpet, it I didn't have that issue with this machine. When the bucket was getting full, it made the typical suction sound, which I've always used as an indicator to dump it all out. That suction sound did accurately align with the fill line on the bucket. I did notice that the fill line was pretty small considering the size of the bucket, but it did align with when the clean water ran out. The dirty bucket was easy to take out and dump and the clean bucket was easy to take out and fill. With all that being said, I will say this carpet cleaner targets smaller areas. With it being a compact machine, that also means smaller water buckets. It didn't cover a large area at all. It barely

This Bissell Turbo clean gets the job done. The carpets are left much cleaner and pretty dry. There is good suction to remove the cleaner from the carpet. I was overall impressed with it's performance. I did notice a few areas I thought it needed improvements as well as things I thought were better than other carpet cleaners. It's a mix of great and middle of the road. I loved being able to take the cover off of the nozzle to clean out. I'm used to seeing carpet fuzz stuck in that area with no easy way to get out. This was a great feature being able to just remove and rinse. It's easy to steer and move around. It's also lightweight enough for me to carry upstairs. Removing and putting back on the clean water tank is a little difficult. You have to perfectly line up and push into place. It's just slightly inconvenient. However, the dirty water tank is quite a hassle. There is 2 latches on each side you have to undo before you can lift the tank out. These latches are hard to use and just an extra unnecessary step. The power button is in a bad spot and it has a cover over it so you have to bend down and look at the switch to figure out which way to press to power on or off. Could be a little higher. The spray trigger works great. Easy to press and sprays a good amount. There are no other levels or setting to this machine. Just on and off. Which I actually prefer. I think other machines have too many settings. I prefer just the one option. Overall, this isn't the best carpet cleaner out there, but it does a great job and is made well. The carpets are clean and I'm happy. I received this produce as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
