[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have his machine and the larger one. not even a year old. this doesn't squirt the cleaner out and our larger one pours the cleaner out without even pulling the trigger. biggest waste of money. they are useless!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is so easy to use, like winning a sweepstakes............ If my pup makes on the carpet I can use it to clean quickly. It is so light, easier to push than my vacuum. I guess I should get a Bissell vacuum. Maybe I can win it in a sweepstakes!

Super Easy and Did A Great Job

I was given this product to test through Stellar Product Testing Panel. I never had a deep carpet cleaner before, and man was I missing out! This product was super easy to use. I just took it out of the box and with a simple read of the instructions, it was ready to use in less than 5 minutes. I used it on our carpeted rug (only carpet in the house) and it was so easy. I just slowly went back and forth and I could see all the gross dirt in the water and knew it was doing its job. The clean up was very simple too. I liked how the tank was easy to unsnap and take out to dump the water in the sink. Clean up was quick and I will definitely be using this every month to make sure my carpet is deep cleaned. So much better than rental a heavy deep cleaner from the store! This is great for everyone, but especially if you have pets or little kids who love to make messes!
