A big thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me this carpet cleaner! This machine is wonderful. Right out of the box, the TurboClean Upright Carpet Cleaner was incredibly easy to put together. It took about two minutes to do. Its size is perfect for normal household use. It is light and easy to maneuver all while being incredibly effective at getting the dirt and grime out of the carpet. Filling the solution tank and emptying the dirty water tank is simple. One important thing to be aware of is the dirty water tank needs to be emptied once it reaches the maximum fill line, or the machine will no longer suck up the water. I used this machine on a high traffic area in our living room which had three stains that I had previously attempted to clean. After one carpet treatment, the stains were gone. The dirty water in the tank was very dark and disgusting. I was a little surprised as to the extreme effectiveness of this machine. After using the solution mix to clean the carpet, I did anot

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner! We have three kids ages five and under, so my low-pile carpet was in rough shape from markers, potty training accidents, and even a small bit of chewing gum. I've never used a carpet cleaner, so I wasn't sure what they're capable of in general. Here are my general thoughts: 1. Ease of set-up: 5 stars. I'm 7 months pregnant, and I found it VERY easy to click the four pieces into place, plus push the whole thing around, even with the water tanks filled. I will say the materials felt like pretty cheap plastic though, like I wouldn't be surprised if it all fell apart within the year. 2. Ease of use: 3 stars. The biggest surprise and frustration was how many times I had to stop cleaning to change out the dirty water tank and refill the clean water tank. Every 20 square feet or so (about three rows of back and forth cleaning), I had to stop everything, trek both tanks to the sink, and reset the whole process. For my carpet that's about 70 square feet, I had to stop three times. This also meant I used up almost 4 gal of water and most of the 8oz bottle of cleaning solution the cleaner came with. However, I really liked that the whole machine just stopped sucking once the dirty tank reached "max," since I wasn't really focused on its level. I'm glad they automated that. 3. Cleaning power: 4 stars. I mostly wanted the pee smell gone, some marker stains removed, and the carpet's color to become more uniform and brighter once again. It tackled the pee smell VERY well, and I think I could say that overall the carpet *looks* cleaner, and the marker stains were still slightly there, but only visible if you got really close to the fibers. From far away, it all looks much better! I didn't really expect it to fully tackle the gum, and it didn't, so I suppose that met my expectations. Also, the color of the dirty water was DISGUSTING, so I'm assuming that means the cleaner sucked up a ton

The Bissell TurboClean™ Upright Carpet Cleaner has been a welcome change in our family! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel. I live how light and easily maneuverable it is, I also appreciate how simple it is to take apart to dry/clean. We recently moved, so we were able to do some spot cleaning in our new home to ensure it is ready and clean for living! We were surprised at how some areas were very clean and others clearly needed the extra wash that this cleaner was able to provide. Especially using the extra tools for hard to clean areas!! I am so excited to have this new tool for half the weight and space of our previous one.

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The product was easy to put together out of the box, everything just clicks into place. I like how slender and lightweight the unit is. It was not difficult at all to use from someone who has never owned a carpet shampooer I would definitely recommend this unit. At first I didn't think it was working but then I seen the dirty water tank and quickly realized I've been needing just this! Once the carpet dried I realized how good the unit actually was. It is also super easy to clean! 5 Stars across the board.

This carpet cleaner was easy to assemble and is a great size. It's the size of a small vacuum cleaner. It fits well in our small home. This carpet cleaner worked wonders on our bedroom carpets. It was amazing and disgusting how much it was able to pick up when we've only lived in the home for a month! It picked up a lot of our pet hair and regular, everyday dirt left behind by a toddler. We did have a little bit of a hard time re-assembling once we emptied the dirty water and moved on to a different room. It took a little bit of practice to make sure we assembled the product correctly, but still recommend it and think it did a great job cleaning the carpets! I like how it feels like a heavy duty carpet cleaner without being the size of a heavy duty carpet cleaner. Our carpets smell and look professionally cleaned. I received the turbo clean upright carpet cleaner through the stellar panel, and it is the product I didn't know I absolutely needed! The package came and I was impressed how small the packing was, it was light and easily carried. It is very easy to set up and maneuver. I have a toddler and a big dog so sometimes spot cleaning the carpet just doesn't cut it, this cleaner has made a huge difference. We haven't had any big accidents or messes to clean up just yet but soon we will and I can't wait to have this on hand! The amount of dirt it picked up during the first use was eye opening, I didn't think it looked dirty until I cleaned it! I also plan to bring this into my work office that has carpets way over due for a cleaning. Would totally recommend this product, the price looks great for the quality you get! I am pregnant so the light weight and easy maneuver has been my favorite part of this cleaner. We also don't have a lot of storage space in our house so size is very important. I am so impressed with the Bissell PowerForce TurboClean! Its compact size, similar to a standard vacuum, makes it incredibly easy to maneuver compared to the bulky carpet cleaners I've used in the past.
