I never knew how dirty my rugs were!

I vacuum my carpets many times a week and I had no clue how dirty they still were until I used the Bissel TurboClean Upright Carpet Cleaner! The water after using it was completely brown and full of dirt. The carpet cleaner is compact enough to fit perfectly in my closet but it still feels durable and made with good quality. It was fairly easy to maneuver as it reclines like a typical vacuum would. I had a couple dark spots on my rug that came right up after using the machine once. My favorite part about the carpet cleaner is how much dirt it picked up and the amazing smell it left behind! My house smells so fresh after I used it. 10/10 would recommend! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel

I loved the design, easy instructions, lightweight but performance wasn't lower than expected and didnt perform heavy duty as I hoped. I will definitely give this a second try because I loved everything else about this product!

At first I was immediately impressed by the small sized box this arrived in! The design was simple and clean. We have an area rug in our living room that was desperately in need of a good clean, especially as it is primarily white. It's an area of our house that is heavily trafficked, and with guests, occasionally with shoes on. I was very impressed with the easy set up, use, and efficiency of this carpet cleaner! It made a difference in minutes and it wasn't an hard process which I so appreciate! Also, it was very easy to take apart for cleaning at the end of the job. Lots of positive things to say about this carpet cleaner, but I think the simplicity paired with being effective will keep me coming back to using it time and time again. Thankful to Stellar Product Testing Panel for the privilege to test this product in my home!

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This product was great! It is very light and small, making it easier to maneuver around corners and smaller areas. It came disassembled which made it easier for me to learn how to remove parts and put them back together for easy cleaning. What I like about this carpet cleaner is that the water releasing mechanism is an easy push lever under the handle, it doesn't require a lot of strength to push. I really appreciate that it comes with a trial size of soap so you can immediately use it on your dirty carpets! Despite the carpet not looking too bad initially, the dirty water tank showed another story, I could clearly tell the difference after using the carpet cleaner. The clean water tank is easy to remove and fill, and the dirty tank is easy to remove and empty as well! The suction is strong, and the brush system really digs deep to lift out embedded dirt. I used this carpet cleaner for just normal carpet maintenance, I hadn't cleaned them since we moved in in 2018! Apart from all of these things my favorite part of this machine is the clean feeling it leaves after it dries. My carpet felt much softer and looked much brighter. Overall definitely recommend this product, it is a game changer for anyone with carpets!

I was sent this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, in exchange for my honest review. I really wanted this to be an amazing product but for me it just fell a little short. First off, it was very easy to assemble and was truly light weight. I could easily lift it with one hand, which made it easy to move it around the room. This product did not come with any additional accessories, although I wish it did because I would have loved to test this on some furniture or have a tool to scrub stubborn spots. The cleaning power is kind of where it fell short for me. Although it did clean my carpet and the water was dirty. The sucking power just didn't seem as strong as some of the others I've used in the past. The tank size is also very small. I only used this on a small section of a room and I had to empty and refill the tanks 3 times. It was very inconvenient and if I were to do a whole room there would be a lot of stopping and starting. I used this mainly on kid stills and pet urine stains. At first I used the solution that was provided but felt like it didn't do much. I switched to a urine solution that I happened to have on hand that was approved to use in this product based on the user manual. It definitely worked a lot better. It did end up removing the marks from my carpet but it just didnt give me that deep clean feeling. I did appreciate how easy this was to clean after using. I would say this is good for small sections or spots but not whole rooms.

A big thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me this carpet cleaner! This machine is wonderful. Right out of the box, the TurboClean Upright Carpet Cleaner was incredibly easy to put together. It took about two minutes to do. Its size is perfect for normal household use. It is light and easy to maneuver all while being incredibly effective at getting the dirt and grime out of the carpet. Filling the solution tank and emptying the dirty water tank is simple. One important thing to be aware of is the dirty water tank needs to be emptied once it reaches the maximum fill line, or the machine will no longer suck up the water. I used this machine on a high traffic area in our living room which had three stains that I had previously attempted to clean. After one carpet treatment, the stains were gone. The dirty water in the tank was very dark and disgusting. I was a little surprised as to the extreme effectiveness of this machine. After using the solution mix to clean the carpet, I did anot

Mixed bag, but my carpets *are* cleaner!

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner! We have three kids ages five and under, so my low-pile carpet was in rough shape from markers, potty training accidents, and even a small bit of chewing gum. I've never used a carpet cleaner, so I wasn't sure what they're capable of in general. Here are my general thoughts: 1. Ease of set-up: 5 stars. I'm 7 months pregnant, and I found it VERY easy to click the four pieces into place, plus push the whole thing around, even with the water tanks filled. I will say the materials felt like pretty cheap plastic though, like I wouldn't be surprised if it all fell apart within the year. 2. Ease of use: 3 stars. The biggest surprise and frustration was how many times I had to stop cleaning to change out the dirty water tank and refill the clean water tank. Every 20 square feet or so (about three rows of back and forth cleaning), I had to stop everything, trek both tanks to the sink, and reset the whole process. For my carpet that's about 70 square feet, I had to stop three times. This also meant I used up almost 4 gal of water and most of the 8oz bottle of cleaning solution the cleaner came with. However, I really liked that the whole machine just stopped sucking once the dirty tank reached "max," since I wasn't really focused on its level. I'm glad they automated that. 3. Cleaning power: 4 stars. I mostly wanted the pee smell gone, some marker stains removed, and the carpet's color to become more uniform and brighter once again. It tackled the pee smell VERY well, and I think I could say that overall the carpet *looks* cleaner, and the marker stains were still slightly there, but only visible if you got really close to the fibers. From far away, it all looks much better! I didn't really expect it to fully tackle the gum, and it didn't, so I suppose that met my expectations. Also, the color of the dirty water was DISGUSTING, so I'm assuming that means the cleaner sucked up a ton
