[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is supposedly for PETS and pets have hair, at least most of them do! I vacuum carefully but there will always be pet hair left behind. Although the canister for dirty water has an opening clearly marked to drain dirty water, there is no way to remove the pet hairs within. One has to repeatedly fill the cannister with water and try draining again and again to get the hairs to float out. Truly not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The roller brushes did a great job on my carpet. The price of the machine was very reasonable and I am completely happy with my purchase.

I want 10 of these! This is the best carpet cleaner that I have ever used! My only complaint is having to change the water and add cleaner every 5 minutes. The machine covers approximately a 4x4 section of carpet.

So this is perfect for our house. I just wish it came with attachments so I could do our couches. But it works great!!!

Nice and Easy to Maneuver

This cleaner is very light considering its size. It was very easy to use and seemed to clean the carpets pretty well. I had two issues - the first is the clean water tank was small and I had to refill it 2 times for doing a whole bedroom but if you're just spot cleaning then it is a good size. The second issue was following the directions precisely, my carpets were pretty wet for a full 24 hours. It also pulled up a lot of lint from the carpets even after vacuuming them first making them feel extra soft after cleaning! It did really well at removing my child's potty stains on his carpet. My favorite part was how easy it is to clean after you're all done. I'm including a picture of the dirty water after doing one of my son's bedrooms. I received this product through the Stellar Review Program.

The only thing is the power cord is way too short and the power button is in a very inconvenient place on the unit. Its great value for what you pay and it works wonderfully. Not very wide of a strip can be cleaned at one time but the good points far out weight the bad ones on this unit. thank you

Carpet cleaner is easy to use and it did a nice job. Only issue was need to clear out carpet fiber from brush area during the cleaning process a number of times. However, this could have been due to the what style carpet being cleaned
