[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked amazing for my cat hairballs and food pukes. I always get as much food off the carpet before running this over for wash and rinse. Works great. I clean everything well before putting the machine away. Wipe down the inside where the carpet brush and dirty water suction nozzle is. Help prevent clogs. I have had no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this carpet cleaner for about 10 months and barely used it until I got my puppy 2 months ago. I've used it about once every other week, I didn't think that's very excessive but the belt snapped in the middle of cleaning my carpet. I know things break and such but the belt snapping in less than a year is pretty disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is supposedly for PETS and pets have hair, at least most of them do! I vacuum carefully but there will always be pet hair left behind. Although the canister for dirty water has an opening clearly marked to drain dirty water, there is no way to remove the pet hairs within. One has to repeatedly fill the cannister with water and try draining again and again to get the hairs to float out. Truly not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
