My kids lost a part new out of the box!

We haven't been able to use the vacuum for a few weeks now because the part we needed is out of stock. I finally reached out to customer service and they are sending a brand new clean fill tank + cap free of charge!! Awesome customer service experience. I hope the vacuum is as fantastic as the customer service reps!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent cleaner for a small area maybe like an area rug. If you want something that's going to lift stains, etc I would suggest a more high powered machine. This is very basic. A little disappointing actually. You get what you pay for. Not to mention having to constantly stop and empty the dirty water and fill up the clean water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great. I clean everything well before putting the machine away. Wipe down the inside where the carpet brush and dirty water suction nozzle is. Help prevent clogs. I have had no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this carpet cleaner for about 10 months and barely used it until I got my puppy 2 months ago. I've used it about once every other week, I didn't think that's very excessive but the belt snapped in the middle of cleaning my carpet. I know things break and such but the belt snapping in less than a year is pretty disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
