[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using cleaner n felt carpet was wet but when I went to refill soap container realized that the plug was not all the way in n closing for suction in dirty water container. My fault so I went over agin just sucking water n it did pull up more. I guess I should if paid more attention that I was suppose to dump that dirty water a lot sooner than I did. Next time! Good machine over all. I used it all over since I no longer have a pet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used regularly for elderly pup messes. Had exactly a year. Seal to water tank does not lock in anymore so it will not work unless you push and hold it in. Fortunately bought the extended warranty so will get it replaced.

I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I tried it out in my finished basement, which is a decent sized area with a moderate amount of traffic. Did it clean? Yes. Did it clean as well as I would have liked? No. The cord is also shorter than I would have liked and the tanks are a bit smaller than I would have preferred as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only downside is that the water supply runs out quickly BUT it just means the water is always steaming hot when I'm using it. (My bf house, why it's so dirty...also believe the house was never cleaned ) he has a German who sheds so much and has accidents occasionally. Handles the job like a pro!

Not a reliable carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we used this carpet cleaner it worked great. When we used it a 2nd time it would not spray out the cleaning solution. We pulled it apart and cleaned it multiple times and it still will not spray out the cleaning solution. We are literally spraying the solution ourselves and sucking it up. It only has a 30 day guarantee and of course our 2nd use was past the 30 days! What a waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product, and I am so happy I got it. I could see that my tan carpets were getting very dirty, so I knew it was time to clean them. This vacuum was a great deal, so I bought it. I vacuumed before I use this, because I have four cats I vacuumed it with a Bissell pet vacuum, which is also incredible! I could see the results immediately! The one issue that I did have with this is that it picked up so much fur from the carpet that I had to keep stopping to clean out the front part where the spinner brush is, because fur kept blocking the vacuum. Yeah That was very time consuming. What was also very time-consuming, was that the vacuum instructions said to keep vacuuming until the water was clear. I went over each section of the carpet that I was working on, three times that's how dirty my carpet was. I probably did need to go a fourth time, but I was over the carpet three times. The water was fairly chocolatey. and water down by the time that was done. I cannot believe the difference in my carpet! The only downside I see aside from fur in hair, getting clogged in the front, is that no matter how many times I went over each section how slow I went, the carpets were still very damp. I'm not sure if that's how this works with this vacuum or not.
