Not a reliable carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we used this carpet cleaner it worked great. When we used it a 2nd time it would not spray out the cleaning solution. We pulled it apart and cleaned it multiple times and it still will not spray out the cleaning solution. We are literally spraying the solution ourselves and sucking it up. It only has a 30 day guarantee and of course our 2nd use was past the 30 days! What a waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product, and I am so happy I got it. I could see that my tan carpets were getting very dirty, so I knew it was time to clean them. This vacuum was a great deal, so I bought it. I vacuumed before I use this, because I have four cats I vacuumed it with a Bissell pet vacuum, which is also incredible! I could see the results immediately! The one issue that I did have with this is that it picked up so much fur from the carpet that I had to keep stopping to clean out the front part where the spinner brush is, because fur kept blocking the vacuum. Yeah That was very time consuming. What was also very time-consuming, was that the vacuum instructions said to keep vacuuming until the water was clear. I went over each section of the carpet that I was working on, three times that's how dirty my carpet was. I probably did need to go a fourth time, but I was over the carpet three times. The water was fairly chocolatey. and water down by the time that was done. I cannot believe the difference in my carpet! The only downside I see aside from fur in hair, getting clogged in the front, is that no matter how many times I went over each section how slow I went, the carpets were still very damp. I'm not sure if that's how this works with this vacuum or not.

I used to rent machines at the supermarket at high prices. No w I can deep clean my carpets more frequently vs. quarterly or twice a year. I already own a Bissell vacuum that I'm satisfied with. Bissell is better than Hoover!

I received this product from stellar panel and this carpet cleaner is AMAZING! It got stains out of my carpet that I've tried multiple different carpet cleaners on! I have one complaint and it's that I wish the tanks were bigger but I'll take emptying it more often to have it do such a good job!

This cleaning machine is fantastic! Between a cat, dog, and three kids it gets the stains out! We used the samples that come with the cleaner and we really liked the way it lifted the stain away. We used it on dirt, smashed blueberries, and even some baby spit up. This deep cleaner is easy to use. I left one star out because like most cleaning products. I wish it was lighter and less bulky. Other then that it's a great product and I recommend it. I did receive this product to test out from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was reviewing the machines I thought it was bigger than the actual one I received. I didn't realize that I would have to empty the dirty water container so many times. I always make sure that I vacuum the floor very thoroughly before I use the cleaner machine. It's not as strong as the description suggests. Even though the solution tanks cap is on tight it still leaks when I put it on the machine. I clean the machine after every use but it has some places where I can't get to under the plastic cover. I wish I would have checked and made sure that I was getting the right machine. The machine I ordered was the XL with the heat option but it is a hassle to have it sent back. And then on top of the problem this is the 3rd bissell carpet cleaner that I have bought and they all have had issues. I think I deserve to get the large one because I am possibly getting a different brand. And then you have to use so much solution and it's expensive.ugh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noticeably cleaner carpet!

I used this upright carpet cleaner on two areas of my home, a white rug and a dark carpeted room. Obviously I couldn't see the difference on the brown carpet but I could definitely smell the difference. The pet odor was eliminated and the perfume scent of the cleaning solution faded after a day, leaving a nice unscented room. The white rug was a true visual test of the cleaners ability, and I could absolutely see the difference. It was nice not to pay over $100 for a professional cleaning during this time of covid cutbacks and budgeting. The unit has a small footprint and doesn't take up too much space in our home. The clean up of the unit is easy, as the tank that collects the dirty water has a wide opening to pour out the nasty water down the drain. I wiped up the rest of the unit with a rag. I did have a few issues with the cleaner stopping suction during the cleaning process. Customer service reached out with a solution to just remove the collection tank and then reattach it to keep cleaning. I was impressed with customer service and how prompt they responded. The cons of the cleaner are that it gets heavy after doing part of a room. You have to keep looking around to the front of the cleaner to see if it is still sucking up cleaning solution, so that bends your body at a awkward angle while supporting the weight of the cleaner, and by the end of cleaning the rug and the room both my husband and I were sore from using it. Again, though, we are happy to not have to spend a lot of money to have a professional cleaner come, and we realize there is a trade off for that in our own labor time. We have a dog that is not fully potty trained so having the ability to clean our carpet easily is a huge plus! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.
