Great for smaller homes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest shampooer I have ever put together. It is very easy to use, and does a great job cleaning. It is easy to clean when done as well. I will recommend this product to everyone. I got this size due to I live in a small duplex with two rooms that have carpet. I got the pet liquid and it smells great! It not only got out the old tenants cat odor, but super cleaned my carpets as well. I'm also very pleased that it was delivered earlier than expected.

Lighweight and easy to use

I no longer have pets, but I have a few areas of rugs and thought this would be perfect. I used to have a heavy Hoover cleaner and it was always difficult to use and eventually broke. This one is really easy to use. To clean afterward and it appears to actually pick up dirt. The dirty water tank is really dirty! My one complaint is that it goes thru the clean water tank really fast. Even when I just use the trigger for a Pass here and there, it seems to really use the water and that is a pain. One hallway and I had to refill it in the middle. I went on my floor, and don't think it is leaking....there does tend to be alot of water around it even when I am not using the Trigger. Not really sure but I find this to be a drawback. With a room or two and a hallway I had to refill it 4 times. The dirty one is bigger and seems to hold it better. And when the water gets down to a certain level, it no longer can trigger out the unit. It has to be a certain height for it to work.

Perfect Cleaner for Our Rugs

I have a large light beige rug in our living room that gets a lot of foot traffic. With two young kids and two pets, it gets dirty fast. This is the perfect carpet cleaner to get all the stains out that can't remove by just spot cleaning. Our rug looked brand new after using the carpet cleaner. My husband noticed how clean it looked as soon as he walked into the room. I was able to get rid of old food stains, some bright orange slime stains, and all dirt from foot traffic. I love that the carpet cleaner is so easy to use, compact, and very lightweight. I was able to clean the large living room rug, two hallway rugs, and our medium-sized bedroom rug by filling the clean tank water twice. This carpet cleaner has made cleaning and keeping all of our rugs clean such a breeze! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.

I like the ease of use just fine, but this model is designed solely for pet spot cleaning. I don't currently have a pet and am disappointed it's not big enough to least do a single small room.

Got a new puppy and had a beautiful ivory "flokati " rug, with about 2" high fibers that quickly got quite dirty. I purchased this product , hoping to remove the orange haze from my rug, even though there was a warning not to use on rugs with a high pile . I wanted to tell you that my rug looks brand new!! Yes, we had to stop to clean the roller often, but it worked so well, we ended up cleaning another 4 area rugs the same day because it was so easy to use! ( was glad I ordered extra cleaner!) love this product!
