[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used this product one time on a very small area in our living room. Only part on our house that has carpet. The rubber band where the brush is, was melted off after one use. I will never buy this product or recommend to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this much better than the bigger Bissel we bought last year. Two tanks really are better than one. I now use the bigger machine only for rinsing with plain water

I had no idea until I started to clean the problem area and once I started cleaning, I couldn't help myself, I did the entire carpet!! I was both amazed and grossed out at the same time ha-ha.
