Sad and disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had great luck with BISSELL carpet cleaners in the past. Well, with the big ones anyway. It cleans just fine, but the eardrum shattering, high pitched noise it makes is so bad I almost started crying while trying to hurry up and suck up as much water as I could before my eardrum blew. I shut it off 15 minutes ago and my ear is still ringing. There is nothing clogging the suction that might aid in creating such a noise so, I'm at a loss as to what the problem is. It's going to have to go back to the store tomorrow. Never had this problem with the full size cleaners and would've just gone with one if finances weren't spread so thin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this because I moved into a place and my dog was not very comfortable so she used the bathroom in the house a few times. It was very easy to put together when it came in and I had the room cleaned in 20 minutes. I have used this in multiple rooms and have now taken it to my boyfriends house and cleaned the carpet there (same reason dog didn't make it outside and also a couple of larger stains) It worked wonders on the carpet and it looks great now! I would recommend this product to anyone. Plus they donate to pets and I love that about companies.

This is an amazing product. When you see the dirty tank you'll gasp. Only a few comments... The clean tank is only 1 gal and no provision for an upholstery brush. Had I known how good this cleaner is I would have oped for a more diverse unit. It's easy to assemble and user friendly.... WOW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I got this carpet scrubber to replace a big, old Bissell machine. This is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The continuous spray pass is much more even than the old one, which had to be triggered over and over. It cleans well, judging by how dark the water I'm collecting is. Perhaps best of all, it's very easy to assemble and take apart and clean. All the latches are easy to work, and everything that needs to comes apart for easy cleaning. I have to live around the cleaning process, so I'm not doing whole rooms at once. This means frequent cleaning. But it's a breeze with this unit. I can do a whole section from start to cleanup in half an hour. Definitely a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's lightweight but powerful enough to get rid of some pretty tough stains (a red wine spill on a cream-colored rug, and a few cat vomit stains. The amount of cat hair that it pulled up was impressive. Definitely pleased with the results.

This carpet cleaner worked so well at getting stains out of my carpet! We got this right as we moved to a new house and I felt great after using it to clean the carpets! They look cleaner and it got a couple set in stains out. I even spilled a potted plant the day we moved and after vacuuming couldn't get all the dirt, out but this cleaner came to the rescue and the carpet looks good as new! This deep cleaner is lightweight and easy to move around the house and use in every room! Super easy to set up for the first time!
