Unpacked and assembled the carpet cleaner and tried it out on a heavy traffic area. My wife and I were amazed at the results right away. the carpet looked brand new and stains disappeared. This unit out performed rental cleaners from Pets mart and other rental cleaners.

I love my new Pet carpet cleaner and the formula! It is very light, which as I get older is important. I like being able to take it apart to clean. I liked the price, of course. I like how it definitely deep cleanes. The cleaner took out pet odors and cleaned very well. And, if I may, I would like to answer 1 issue people seemed to be having with clumps being left on the carpet occasionally...That's because your vacuum is not cleaning properly. The carpet cleaner is. And the cleaner's filter stops large hairy dirt chunks from passing through, only dirty water. I know...we have 3 dogs who shed and a dirt run in our back yard.

Probably would be cheaper to just train said puppy to not do this but I'm lazy, just being honest. Anywho... I have wall to wall carpet in the living room and extends to the hallway by my bathroom this ares is where he goes back to often even with puppy pads. So it can get stinky in that area. I bought the pet eraser first when I got him and that works great. Now he likes to kick his leg up and pee in this one area everyday so I just wanted something bigger to use all over. I have brown carpet so you can't really see how dirty it can get but you can smell it. So I purchased this carpet cleaner and for my use it's perfect. For refreshing carpets and rugs, getting up moderate areas of pet stink and stain it's worth the money. I do not know about large areas and whole house shampooing because the clean tank where you add the cleaner product is small so you will have to refill more often during your larger area and whole room cleaning. It's very light weight and easy to put together it does comes with instruction book which if you are a smarty pants you can read so you can be informed as to how it operates and so forth and so on. But if you are a knuckle head like me who knows everything and thinks they don't need anyone's help ( so I've been told) its easy to assemble out of the box. Bottom line great for pet and other messy liquid messes in small to moderate areas. Light weight to use daily you can clean a small bed room without getting tired from pushing it around. Only con is it make sure you empty both tanks and that way it won't leak after your finish using it and before storing it away for next time.. Maybe I should read the instruction manual to find out why this happens. . Hope this helps. Be blessed.

Great, lightweight carpet cleaner

Wow! What can I say? I'm thoroughly impressed with this product. I was skeptical at first. The carpet cleaner seemed too lightweight to be a quality product, but boy was I wrong! It was very easy and straightforward to put together, and much lighter than my stick vacuum. I used this product first on a small throw rug near the front entrance of my house. After I was about half way done, the suction stopped which was a sign that the tank was full. It seemed to get full quite quickly which was one draw back for me. I had to refill the tank with fresh water and cleaning solution once for the small area rug. The second time I used it was for my living room which was a substantial larger area. I didn't realize how dirty my carpet was until I was finished! It made the carpet look brand new, and the entire downstairs of my house smelled so nice. I actually lost track of how many times I needed to empty the tank. I would say the small amount it was able to hold was my one negative about the product. I'm so happy with this product and will continue to use it in the future. I received this product to test and review by the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
