Cleans well. One annoyance: Clumps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about it but the clumps it leaves behind as you clean. I was constantly having to bend over and pick up clumps of pet hair not pulled into the dirty water container but left behind on the bottom of the unit after picked up by the beater brush. I did a thorough job vacuuming using a Kirby Sentria upright vacuum that does quite well, but the carpet was pretty matted down before cleaning. Maybe I won't wait so long to clean it next time, but I was disappointed it does this. Aside from that, it did a stellar job cleaning and extracted some truly filthy water.

Not for large rooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to replace a Hoover that burned up the motor. It is only designed for small areas. Does not hold much fluid. Needs refilling several times for the average size bedroom. Power on button is very poorly located at the bottom. Leaves clumps of wet pet fur that did not get picked up.

Hi JR - thanks for your feedback. This machine is designed for smaller areas, but it will deep clean your carpet pulling out dirt, hair and debris as you mentioned. Be sure to dry vacuum thoroughly prior to deep cleaning and once dry you can vacuum any excess debris. Hope this helps!
