Best Cleaning product on the Market

I have had professionals come in and never cleaned my carpet as good as this machine. For under $100 this is the easiest machine I have ever used. Not a lot of parts, instructions are very well written. Easy to clean after use. I have a Riccarr Vac that is only 3 years old. I did the vac a day before shampooing with the Bissell. I was using a new bag and thru it away so I would have a completely clean bag to vac after shampooing a day later. There was not a bit of dirt or soil in the new bag after shampooing. This machine is very powerful and you can easily see what is going on with clean water dispenser, dirty water collection and the head is clear so you can see the extraction of moisture. There were no wet spots left on our carpet and it dried in record time. Some people say this is only for spot cleaning and accidents and requires frequent filling. Let me say I did my entire house in a few hours and I would prefer discarding dirty water often and refilling clean water tank. I went thru 5 refills of water but that is nothing when you think how clean and fresh the house smells. Even two tough stains that have been there for a few years came clean. If you don't have this machine, buy one now. You will love it. I used the Bissell cleaner as well. By the way this carpet was long over due for cleaning and I was amazed at the results.

Burning up belts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does (did) a great job and have bought 2 others as wedding gifts. Mine started burning belts and the brush head is rubbing on the belt cover. Looked online and the belt cover is out of stock or discontinued. Looks like it may be on the end of its production. Shame, because it works really well.
