[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shampoo my carpets twice a year, IN 05/06/2019 I BOUGHT BISSELL QUICKSTEAMER PRO 47B2Q LAST FEW TIMES I USED IT WASN'T WORKING GOOD AND I WAS TIRED OF FIGHTING WITH IT. I AM 77 YEARS AND LIKEK TO KEEP MY CARPETS CLEAN, SO I WAITED UNTILL I HAD ENOUGH MONEY AND ORDERED TURBOCLEAN POWERBRUSH PET, I USED THE SHAMPOER THE NEXT AFTER RECEIVING, I AS VERY HAPPY AND THINK IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN FIRST ONE I BOUGHT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend. The belt broke and needed replacement Within the 1st couple of times using the machine. I wish I would have just returned the machine and received a refund. I have searched to no avail to find a replacement belt. I took great pride in owning a brand new Bissell and took great care of it during the short time that I was able go use the machine. I have bought several over the past 20 years and I should have known better because every single Bissell I have bought has failed me miserably Within months of using it for the 1st time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy and pleased with this upright carpet cleaner! We have one pet (cat) and 2 kids and this is an ideal carpet cleaner. It was very lightweight and easy to maneuver around the rooms in my house. I used it to clean a few small area rugs and both kid' rooms. The carpets were noticably cleaner and stains were easily removed. Machine picked up tons of car hair - way more than I realized was on the carpet! I did pre-treat some stains that had been sitting there longer but in general, the typical stains from foot traffic, food, two kids etc disappeared! Carpet cleaner was easy to put together and instructions on how to use were easy to follow. I like that the "dirty water" tank is clear/see-through so it's easy to see when it's time to empty the tank. One downside to this upright is that the water reservoir tank is somewhat small and I did have to refill it multiple times even for a small room. Likewise, the dirty water tank is small and only holds a small amount of dirty water before you have to change it. It looks large but the "fill line" is relatively close to the bottom of the tank. It is very easy and quick to remove both tanks to fill and empty. Despite the small tanks, I still give this vacuum 5 stars for it's ease of use and being so lightweight. It's also very easy to take the pieces apart to clean and wipe down. I have another handheld spot cleaner vacuum where the pieces are not so easy to remove so that is a nice feature on this particular machine. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner. It has become part of my cleaning rotation and has made me feel better about my kids rolling around and playing on the floors! Definitely a great product to invest in even if you don't have pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a family and pet cat who have accidents and spill things on the carpet, this machine has been so easy to use and our carpet comes out almost like new. It is amazing how much dirt is picked up. Before our purchase, I borrowed my friends Bissell machine and was so amazed that we had to have our own. It is also nice to see how much you care for animals.
