We purchased this yesterday, in hopes that a more affordable shampooer would clean our carpet at least halfway descent. We were amazed at how well it actually works! Far better than the industrial size rug doctor that we normally rent. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

Between having a toddler and an older pup, this thing is a godsend! It's easy to store in a small closet and carpets come out CLEAN. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for my favorite new addition to my home.

With 5 cats and 1 small furry dog, and 1 brand new teen- I'll be using this quite often I think. It's easy to clean. The parts that snap off and on are well made. I don't feel afraid to take it apart to clean. It did a good job considering the amount of work I needed to do. I'll be going over a couple of spots, just to be sure! Susan

I will have to go over spots again, but that is because the carpet is older and hasn't been shampooed on a regular basis. It is very easy to use and I couldn't believe the dirt it pulled out! I did have to change the water frequently but it was so easy to do .. I didn't mind.
